New lesson out: Clothes Shopping Pt.2
Be ready for your next interaction when shopping for clothes. Whether asking for another size or saying you can't afford something without actually telling them that it is too expensive.
You can use some of the phrases you'll learn in different shopping situations. If you want to learn simple vocabulary try Level 1 and if you are more advanced try Level 2 and Level 3.
Metas/Goals:
- Usar la voz formal usted. / Use your formal voice.
- Aprender diferentes maneras de pedir el precio. / Learn different ways to ask for the price.
- Aprender tallas de ropa. / Learn clothes sizes.
- Aprender como pedir ayuda en el probador. / Learn how to ask for help in the fitting room.
Some example "oraciones" (sentences):
- ¿Me puede traer una talla más grande? / Can you bring me one size larger?
- ¿Qué tal le queda? / How does it fit?
- Muy bien, ¿Cuánto cuesta? / Great, how much is it?
- ¿Dónde está la caja? / Where is the cashier?
