New lesson out: Talking about religion
Talk about your faith while practicing the simple past in Spanish. If you want to learn simple vocabulary try Level 1 and if you are more advanced try Level 2 and Level 3.
Metas/Goals:
- Hablar sobre tu fe y hábitos religiosos. / Speak about your faith.
- Practicar el verbo "ser" en pretérito imperfecto. / Practice the verb to be in simple past.
Some example "oraciones" (sentences):
- ¿Qué religión profesas? / What religion do you practice?
- Soy cristiano, pero no asisto a menudo a la iglesia. / I'm Christian, but I don't often go to church.
- Yo era cristiano, pero ahora soy ateo. / I was Christian, but now I'm atheist.
- ¡Eso no me lo esperaba! / I wasn't expecting that!
